Schedule

If you are an existing patient and would like to schedule an appointment, please access the self schedule feature via your MYIO portal to request an appointment, email frontdesk@balancedmhp.com, or call/text our office at (512)270-1105.

Refill Requests

If you need a medication refill between appointments, please send a message with your medication, dose, and pharmacy name to ‘Refill Request’ via your MYIO portal. Please do not submit refill requests with your pharmacy. Additionally, keep in mind that we do not do same-day requests nor do we refill medication after hours; please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You may be required to see your provider before your medication can be refilled.
